EMERGENCY CLOSURE UPDATE #2 (2/25/2026)

The mitigation phase is complete! Repairs will hopefully begin soon.

Please continue to hold your materials or return them to other SALS member libraries, including but not limited to – Bolton Free Library, Caldwell-Lake George Library, Crandall Public Library, Rockwell Falls Public Library, and Town of Chester Public Library Adirondacks. Holds can be temporarily sent to any SALS libraries by choosing a different pickup branch when placing a hold through your online account, or by contacting that library directly.

Any accrued overdue fines will be waived once our circulation resumes. Our Wi-Fi is working, and can be accessed from Library Avenue 24/7. Any programs or private bookings scheduled for March are postponed.

Thank you all for your continued patience and flexibility during this process. We are looking forward to being open again!
