The Richards Library is resuming regularly scheduled hours. We were approved by Warren County Building Code Enforcement for the public to return. However, not all of the repairs from the Emergency Closure (as of 02/09/2026) are completed. We may need to briefly close for some repairs, i.e. main door installation. We also have our Chimney Cap Restoration Project ongoing this summer, which will temporarily affect front door access. Please have patience with us as we are reopening and wrapping up repairs.
